Ruby Nguyễn has held various leadership positions at a Japanese company, JICA, a Japanese language school, and a software company before founding Dreamnext VN.
Since 2023, Ruby Nguyễn has served as CEO of Mirabo Tech and Vice President of Mirabo Groups, while also being a shareholder and a member of the Investment Board for a large-scale tourism real estate project covering over 8 hectares.
In addition, Ruby Nguyễn is actively involved in community activities, currently holding leadership roles in the NIK Hanoi and NIK Da Nang communities, contributing to the connection and development of networks of entrepreneurs and investors both domestically and internationally.

Over 25 years of experience in the field of education, including 18 years dedicated to developing high-quality IT engineers for the Japanese market, and has worked for and served as a training advisor to Japanese companies and JICA.

Leadership and business management

Former CEO and Principal of a Japanese language school, Vice President of a software company, CEO & Founder of Dreamnext Vietnam, and CEO of Mirabo Tech.
Over 4 years of leadership in NIK investor communities (Hanoi and Da Nang); member of the Investment Board for a tourism real estate project; and board member of a vegetarian restaurant chain.
